A legacy written in skylines.
Founded in 1984 as Manchester Real Estate & Contracting and rebranded Lenjawi Developers in 2023, founder Abdul Aziz Lanjawi's company has invested billions across Dubai and the UK — pioneering early freehold towers on the Marina and shaping communities across the city.
Rooted in Dubai
Founded in 1984 as Manchester Real Estate & Contracting by Abdul Aziz Lanjawi — and rebranded Lenjawi Developers in 2023 — the company has helped shape Dubai, from the emirate's first freehold towers to the landmarks rising today.
When Dubai Marina was still taking shape, we delivered one of its earliest freehold residential towers — thirty-one storeys that set the tone for everything since. Business towers in Business Bay, residential towers at Dubai Sports City, and communities across International City and Al Barsha followed — a portfolio that grew into billions of dirhams, run from offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
"We don't build for the skyline of today — we build for the one the next generation will inherit."
